What is an escape room?

A fun, themed, 60 minute live puzzle game where your team searches for clues, solves puzzles, and attempts to “escape.”
You should plan for about 90 minutes total—10–15 minutes check in/orientation and 60 minutes playing.

How do I book?

+9172028424262. Bookings are typically done via phone or using WhatsApp . It’s best to reserve your slot in advance to secure preferred timings.

How many people can join?

Our Escape rooms usually accommodate 2–8 players, with 4–6 being the optimal group size in one room.
Generally suitable for ages 10+, but it varies—check with us if bringing younger players.

Can we come as a big group or for corporate events?

Yes! Paheli is the only escape room that offers fully customized experiences. You can host birthdays, team-building events, or large group outings across multiple rooms. We design exclusive puzzles just for you and your group, making every experience truly special.

What if I break something while being at Paheli?

To ensure the best experience for every team, Paheli follows a fair shared-responsibility policy to maintain the quality of its escape rooms.

What if we are stuck in the middle of the game?

We monitor every game through CCTV, and our game host actively supports you throughout the experience. If you get stuck, the host shares helpful hints—and we always encourage you to ask for help when needed.

At Paheli, we never charge for hints and may even give you a few extra minutes to help you complete the room.

Each escape room features hidden objects, logic puzzles, patterns, locks, and codes. You don’t need any outside knowledge—everything required to solve the room is right there with you.

Is it scary or physically demanding?

Rooms are built to be safe and non-physical. Surprises happen, but there’s no horror or physical exertion.
